That is great and grand, but the problem is that they are generally older or have waited a few years to have kids or they have health problems. At that time they “say hey I need a life policy”. An additional concern is that you technically do not own or manage those life polices at work so you are out of luck and the company has full authority of their benefits package. It is a great supplemental to have the company owned policy. But, generally it is not enough to maintain current lifestyles.
